We are a family of 6. Our stay was from 3rd May 2010 until 6th May 2010. The friendliness, professionalism and can-do attitude of the staff made the stay a perfect one. We were catered for with perfection. Monica on the front desk handled every question and query we had with accuracy and full explanation. She is a credit to your hotel. The rooms were large, airy and very reasonable in price. We cannot say enough to praise the standards and courtesy that the hotel has demonstrated to us, even down to the leisure facilities and staff. Clean, 1st class and excellent food! The kitchen staff even accommodated us when we returned late one night, the kitchen was closed, but they still made a platter of sandwiches for us.
No negative comments at all for this hotel. A++++

High standard triple room, very clean beds. Easy check-in and excellent service. With a bar in the reception. Handy and tranquil location in Galway just next door to the sea, and the center of town or the SaltHill Prom. Also, on the outskirts of Galway.

The room was spacious and beautiful, perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool area, and the outdoor garden was a great spot for them to play while we relaxed and enjoyed the lovely views of Galway Bay.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast service could be improved. We were disappointed by the limited options when we arrived close to the end of breakfast hours.

Pleasant Family Experience with Great Amenities
The leisure center, particularly the pool, was a hit with the kids, and the breakfast selections were delicious, especially the poached eggs. The bar service was inconsistent, sometimes slow, which could use improvement.
